Conditions

• A booking is officially canceled if the visitor clicks on the "cancel my reservation" button in the My account tab> my booking> cancel a reservation
• The total amount of the booking is refunded to the traveler if the cancellation occurs within the minimum period defined in the cancellation conditions of the experience.
• The visitor's refund policy, Acts of God or cancellations by Winalist for any other reason provided by the Terms and Conditions may supersede the cancellation terms. Please check these exceptions.
