Come and meet an authentic family: Claudy, Cédric and Vincent are the descendants of the famous character of the 1911 Winegrowers' Revolt: Edmond Dubois, Le Rédempteur de la Champagne.

Independent winegrowers, they will make you discover the history of Champagne and their cuvées which they make from A to Z with respect and tradition.

During the visit, you will enjoy a unique experience: mini museum, grafting, press, vat room, oak casks, one of which is sculpted. Riddling is always done by hand on wooden desks.

Following your visit, a tasting of the vintage wines awaits you in a beautiful reception room in the heart of the vineyard.

Take the opportunity to discover and learn the craft of the vine during a stroll with the owners. An opportunity for you to discover the beautiful panorama of the Marne Valley.
